Terms of Service

1. Your account

You are responsible for your workspace, the credentials of accounts you create, and the activity that happens under your login. Use a strong password meeting security requirements (minimum 8 characters with at least one uppercase letter and one number). Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Acceptable use

Flowly is a visual workspace for teams to coordinate projects, subtasks, shift notes, and executive briefings. Don't use it to spam, harass, store illegal content, or attempt to disrupt the service for other customers. We may suspend access if we have reasonable belief of misuse.

Flowly is also available as an Android app you can install from our website; these Terms apply equally to the mobile app, and you agree to keep your app installation up to date and not to redistribute or modify the app.

3. Your content & privacy

You own all data you store in Flowly, including projects, task ledgers, chat messages, custom logos, and personal journal entries. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content exclusively to operate the service for you. We do not sell your data, share it with ad networks, or use it to train artificial intelligence models. Transactional notification emails and invitations are routed securely through our integrated mail service (Hostinger Agentic Mail REST API).

4. Plans, limits & billing

The Free plan includes up to 2 active projects, 3 team members, 10 subtasks per project, 50 project chat messages, 3 PDF briefings per month, and basic workspace branding. Pro is billed at $12/month per workspace for unlimited active projects, unlimited members, unlimited PDF reports, and full white-label customization.

Pro subscriptions are activated manually following sign-up via an invoice or secure payment link. Subscriptions retain a 32-day soft-lockout grace period after expiration before workspace creation and editing capabilities soft-lock.

5. Termination & data control

You maintain complete control over your data. You can export your full workspace and profile data at any time in standard JSON format from your profile settings, or perform self-service account deletion. For Manager accounts, deletion permanently cleanses the entire workspace and associated project records. We may shut down the service on 30 days' notice with full data export options.

6. Disclaimers & liability

We work hard to keep Flowly reliable and secure. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
